Stay the course

I would like to take a moment to remind you to stay the course. There is so much going on in the world right now. Leaving so many people confused, they don’t know what to do, where to go or who to turn to. Because of the uncertainty I am witnessing so many people in a rush, they’re convincing themselves that they have to have everything right now. Some people are making irrational long-term decisions, rushing to purchase dream cars, houses, expensive cellphones and even rushing into marriage just to name a few. If this is you I am here today to encourage you before you act please stop and pray first.

Yes, this is a season and it will pass. When the season passes the feelings you’re currently having for instant gratification they will pass too. Then you will look back and question, “Oh Lord what was I thinking and “What did I do?”

Please pay attention and be mindful of your feelings and the decisions you are making. I assure you if you take a moment you too will see it is just a distraction to knock you off course and to set you back in life. Remember! it’s your time stay the course.
