Thank God for the Good and the bad

The older I get I learn to thank God not just for the good that he allows but I thank him for the test and the trials. The ones I never thought I could make it through. But with God on my side anything is possible.

This morning I just began thanking the Lord for the yes’s and the no’s. I thank him for providing me with my needs and not satisfying my wants. When I look at my life and some things I really wanted that God didn’t allow to workout I am so grateful. Like the failed relationship, the job, the home and even a car purchase. Right now the season I am in; if it had worked out I promise you I would not be happy and to be honest I truly thank God for his grace because where would I be.

It is so fair to say that no matter what things look like I am so grateful to know and believe

(Romans 8:28 NKJV) and we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
