Trust Gods Timing

Often times when we are anxious in life trusting Gods timing will be very hard. Because we want it right now. We don’t want to wait, we think we are ready, we have all the answers and we even rationalize with ourselves and say: I know it’s my time, I need this and I have to have this.

I’d like to share two beautiful scriptures with you that have so much meaning to what I am trying to explain. Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV- (6) Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; (7) and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

The next one is Isaiah 40:31 NKJV – But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

I wanted to share these two scriptures because when I get anxious and tired of waiting these are my go-to scriptures. I hope they become the same for you. Let these scriptures resonate in your heart and mind whenever you feel anxious, unsure or you become fed up with waiting. Trust always that God knows best in fact he knows us way better than we think we know ourselves. You may think you are ready, you may think you want this or that and you may even think that it’s your time. But perhaps it’s God whispering trust me my child be anxious for nothing and continue to wait on me. When the time is right and if you are praying in accordance with my will I will release it unto you. Remember we serve an on-time God, not a minute or second to late God, we serve an on-time God.

God won’t withhold any good thing from us. So I encourage you today to surrender whatever that desire you may have over to the will of God and trust in due time he will release it unto you. God Bless you.
